Job SummaryRole & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 6-8 yrs of proven expertise in dealing with complex programs in financial services and enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep competency in cross-functional stakeholder management, governance frameworks, risk management, and agile delivery methodologies. The role requires a strategic leader capable of managing distributed teams across geographies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring program delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs involving 15-20+ cross-functional team members across engineering, product, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks including status reporting, steering committee presentations, and executive dashboards
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across technical, regulatory, and operational dimensions
- Establish and track KPIs for program health including on-time delivery, budget variance, defect density, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine requirements, manage backlog prioritization, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery timelines, reduce defect rates, and enhance team productivity through process innovation and tooling enhancements
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups; remove blockers and ensure team velocity and predictability
- Drive UAT planning and execution, coordinating with QA teams and business users to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect resolution

Required Qualifications:

- 6-8 yrs of program/project management experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise technology environments
- Proven track record delivering complex programs involving distributed teams across multiple geographies
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks with hands-on experience scaling Agile practices across large organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs with budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 15+ members




- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proactive and takes initiative to identify problem areas and evolve solutions.
