- Application managed services - L1-L3 AMS operating models, shift-left/knowledge-centred triage across Java/.NET, web and API estates; ticket-to-signal conversion.
- SRE practice - SLI/SLO and error-budget design, capacity and performance engineering, production-readiness reviews.
- Release & change operations - CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), blue-green/canary deployment patterns, ITIL 4 change enablement and release-risk scoring.
- Automation & self-healing - runbook automation (Ansible/Rundeck-class), ServiceNow Flow/ITOM remediation, MTTR and auto-closure-rate instrumentation.
- Incident & problem discipline - ITIL 4 major-incident management and problem practice, blameless RCA and recurring-incident elimination.
- Application security & currency - patching and vulnerability posture, app-server/middleware currency, certificate lifecycle management.




- Full-stack adjacency - enough SQL/PaaS-database and container/platform fluency to lead full-stack triage with database and cloud leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the named-app estate end to end - availability/performance commitments per application across three commitment classes, spanning L2/L3 AMS.
- Build observability and APM coverage (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Azure Monitor + OpenTelemetry) as the signal source feeding ZeroTicket auto-resolution.
- Apply SRE practice to application run - SLI/SLO design, error budgets and toil-reduction targets per app.
- Own release and change operations for the app estate - CI/CD pipelines, blue-green/canary patterns and change-risk scoring.
- Drive shift-left and self-healing - recurring-incident elimination, runbook automation and problem management with blameless RCA.
- Partner with the Middleware & Database and cloud leads on full-stack triage and root cause across app, data and platform layers.
