About the Role:

We're hiring FBP/FP&A; professionals to partner with business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, and performance analysis, driving key financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

Act as Finance Business Partner to business stakeholders - Lead budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis - Manage P&L; performance and identify financial risks - Prepare financial reports, dashboards & management presentations - Support annual operating plans and long-range planning - Drive performance management through KPIs and financial insights - Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities

Required Skills:

FBP/Business Finance, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; Management, Variance Analysis, Financial Modelling, Commercial & Strategic Finance, Stakeholder Management, 4+ years Team Lead experience

Education: Any Graduate (Finance/Accounting preferred)
