Luminis Abroad is looking for an experienced and driven Manager – Overseas Education to lead our student counselling and admissions operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of overseas education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team while driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the overseas education counselling team.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor education counsellors to achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
- Handle the complete student admission journey from initial counselling to university application and enrollment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international universities and education partners.
- Guide students through application, documentation, visa coordination, and pre-departure processes.
- Monitor leads, counselling follow-ups, applications, offer letters, and student conversions.
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports on enquiries, applications, admissions, and conversions.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall admission performance.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, visa regulations, and destination-specific opportunities.




- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Ensure a high-quality student experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in overseas education / study abroad counselling, preferably with team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of international education destinations such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Georgia, and other popular study-abroad destinations.
- Excellent counselling, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Solid sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of university applications, admissions, and student documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple students and applications simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Strong English communication skills.
