The Pharmacy Aide will support all medication dispensing for customers at HealthLand Clinic. The ideal candidate will understand the retail pharmacy domain and have a passion for children's well-being, driving sales and 100% prescription fulfillment.

Experience: 1+Years in retail pharmacy or pharmacy/dispensary sales

Qualification: XIIth pass or graduate in any field, preferably science

Location : Whitefield – Nallurahalli, Bengaluru

Position Overview

- The Pharmacy aide will support all medicine dispensing to customers the HealthLand Clinic.
- The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the retail pharmacy domain, coupled with a passion for children's well-being, to drive sales and 100% prescription fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Facing: Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists, by calculating, weighing, measuring etc.
- Customer Interaction: Knowledge about medicines and suggest alternate medicines if one brand is not available.
- Vaccine Maintenance: Complete knowledge of vaccine and cold chain to maintain vaccines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records for radioactive nuclei, and registries of poisons, narcotics,



and controlled drugs.
- Inventory Management: Receive the stock from Stores and check against the Issue Slips, for quantity, batch no, expiry etc.
- Ensure a safe and clean working setting.
- Complete operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
- Adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
- Perform other administrative tasks when needed.
- Support the Pharmacist in all pharmacy related activities.

Required Qualifications

- XIIth pass or graduate in any field, preferably science.
- 1+years' experience in retail pharmacy or sales in the pharmacy/dispensary units in retail clinics, maternity hospitals etc.
- Above average communication skills in English and fluency in Local language.
- Ability to work as a part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of pediatric healthcare services.
- Basic Computer operating knowledge.
- Ability to use CRM tools for tracking leads and sales progress.
