Saptam Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in IT Sales and Business Development to join our team in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating leads, identifying business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential markets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Proven experience selling IT services, software, web/mobile development, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
