Job Title: Tender Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Department: Sales / Commercial
Reporting To: Head – Sales / Estimation
Experience :- 1–8 years of relevant experience in tender coordination, tender management, sales support, commercial coordination, or similar roles.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline; Engineering or Commerce graduates preferred.

Working days & Hours :- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off ) / 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze tender documents and understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and submit online/offline tenders within deadlines.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Technical, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant tender submissions.
- Handle client queries, clarifications, and post-submission communication.
- Follow up on tenders and quotations and track their status.
- Maintain tender trackers, follow-up records, and client interaction reports.




- Collect client feedback on proposals, pricing, and technical submissions.
- Prepare MIS reports on tender submissions, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Escalate delays or issues to management and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and email drafting.
- Robust attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong coordination and team-working abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet strict tender submission deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
