Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily modular furniture installation and site activities.
- Coordinate carpenters, helpers, electricians and other site workers.
- Check site measurements and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and designs.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding materials, cut lists and site requirements.
- Ensure proper installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, office workstations and other furniture.
- Monitor workmanship, alignment, finishing and overall quality.
- Plan daily manpower and allocate work according to site requirements.
- Ensure materials, hardware, tools and fittings are available at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the office/design/production team for solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Handle loading, unloading and safe movement of furniture and materials when required.




- Maintain proper discipline and ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Prepare daily site progress updates and report issues to management.
- Coordinate with clients when required and maintain skilled communication.
- Ensure the site is kept clean and organized during and after installation.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Experience in modular furniture installation or interior/furniture site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe and office furniture installation is an advantage.
- Good communication, manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred for better coordination with workers.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,393.61 per month
