- Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time, repeat queries etc
- Liaise with sales team & IT team to ensure reduction of sales queries and bottlenecks
- Build various process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to ensure minimum leakages downstream by working closely with IT/COE teams
- To liaise with IT team, Ops, and other teams to ensure early resolution of sales queries
- Support regular and ad-hoc data analysis on business metrics
- Plan and execute time-bounded projects on Geo-expansion
- Liaise with internal teams such as Admin, IT, HR for the launch of recent branches
- Track and monitor productivity of branches under Geo-expansion
- Work on delivering critical business projects as assigned from time to time.
- Provide relevant data points for Management reporting
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- With relevant experience of 1-2 years prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
