Dr JPS Classes is looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Girls Hostel Warden to manage and maintain a safe, disciplined, and supportive hostel environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities and well-being of hostel students.
- Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper hostel routines.
- Monitor student attendance, movements, and hostel regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and management when required.
- Handle student concerns and ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere. - Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams when necessary.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and hostel-related issues. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hostel warden, preferably in an educational institution, NEET/JEE coaching centre, or similar organisation.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, patient, approachable,
and capable of handling students professionally.
- Ability to manage hostel operations and maintain discipline.
- Candidates with expertise in NEET-related subjects will be given priority.
- Previous experience in an entrance coaching centre will be an added advantage.
