A telecaller is a skilled who makes and receives phone calls on behalf of a company to generate leads, promote products, answer queries, or provide customer support
Key Responsibilities
- Making Outbound Calls: Call potential customers from lead lists to pitch products, book demos, or follow up on inquiries.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve complaints, explain policies, or process orders.
- Data Management: Record conversation details, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve daily or monthly goals for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on pricing, features, and offers to provide accurate information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
