Position: Telecaller Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling / Calling
Location: Najafgarh, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day Shift
Gender: Male / Female – Both can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain accurate calling and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and meetings.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant calling/telecalling experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM preferred.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented and disciplined.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
