We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience in the wedding/event industry.

The candidate should have a strong network and proven experience in generating business, acquiring clients, pitching proposals and closing wedding/event projects.

Hands-on experience in managing mid-size and large-scale events is essential. The candidate should understand both business development and end-to-end event execution, including client management, vendors, logistics, production and on-ground coordination.

Key requirements:

- 5+ years of wedding/event industry experience
- Proven business development & sales experience
- Solid client network and lead-generation ability
- Experience handling mid/large-scale events
- Robust negotiation & communication skills
- Practical knowledge of event execution
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/events

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives.
