Key Responsibilities
- Explain the Mobile app's features, benefits, and services to existing Overseas customers
- Support existing dealers and distributors with Mobile app-related enquiries and assistance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of working experience in this industry
- To Support our Existing Dealers and Distributors with the Mobile APP in the precious metals industry
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficiency in English/ Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
- 5.5 Days Per week
