We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience and 3+ years of team leadership experience . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The role requires technical leadership, solution design, cloud-native development, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE .
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture .
- Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs .
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments .
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ .
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, and ArgoCD .
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle .
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
