Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and gather business and project requirements from clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and other requirement documents.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, user flows, and functional specifications for development and QA teams.
- Create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Work closely with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and basic feasibility analysis for new ideas and client requirements.
- Use AI tools for research, documentation, requirement analysis, and improving business processes.
- Review developed features and check whether they match the approved requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help identify and clarify issues.




- Keep project documentation updated and ensure any changes in requirements are properly recorded and communicated.

Required Skills :

- Must have 01 to 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software services company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, APIs, and software development processes.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
