We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst to own discovery, stakeholder alignment, and functional definition for Trading Platforms within Trading and Supply. You will use supply chain knowledge and Agile delivery practices to turn business goals into clear requirements and validated solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify business problems and value drivers, capture functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into solution functionality
- Analyze feasibility, risks, opportunities, and business impact across project scopes
- Develop models for processes, data movement, and technology to assess current value, issues, and improvement areas
- Draft and refine requirements documentation to ensure ongoing alignment across the project lifecycle
- Ensure requirements traceability from initial business needs through testing, scope adjustments, and delivered solution
- Coordinate with software suppliers, designers, and developers to understand limitations and ensure requirements are addressed
- Set up and document software configuration and business processes using agreed tools and standards
- Establish acceptance criteria and validate outcomes through planned and coordinated testing
- Prepare and present business cases to demonstrate value and secure approval, funding, and prioritization




- Initiate, plan, run, monitor, and control Business Analysis work within cost, timeline, and quality constraints
- Drive stakeholder management and facilitate large design sessions
- Mentor and steer teams through Business Analysis activities across projects

Requirements

- Extensive experience of 10-15 years in Business Analysis within the Trading and Supply domain
- Strong supply chain knowledge applicable to Trading and Supply operations
- Expertise in requirements gathering and producing BRD and FRD documentation
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, including leading large-scale design workshops
- Experience delivering in Agile environments using Agile frameworks and tools
- Capability to coach and educate stakeholders, including Product Owners and business partners, on Agile ways of working
- Deep understanding of systems engineering concepts, data/process analysis and modeling, and products & solutions
- Working competency in risk management and AI solutioning for trading platform contexts

Nice to have

- Agile certifications and/or structured trainings
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
- Lean Practitioner training plus hands-on experience
