Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused School Mentor to guide and support students preparing for NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and motivation.
- Identify learning gaps and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
- Maintain student records, performance reports, and progress updates.
- Mentor and manage a group of 35+ students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Knowledge of Class 11–12 Board, NEET, and JEE curriculum.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and support multiple students.
- Prior mentoring or academic support experience is preferred.
