Senior Accountant – Full time

About the Company

Indraprastha Fibers and Trades is a leading organization engaged in textile and fiber trading. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to handle our financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions efficiently.

Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will oversee all aspects of accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, taxation, and financial analysis. The candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting software and a detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and P&L; statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and returns filing.
- Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer accounts.




- Coordinate with auditors and management for financial audits and reviews.
- Supervise junior/assistant accountants and ensure accuracy in data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
