We are looking for IT supporter who will be delivering onsite Meeting room support/ AV Support services to our client. AV Supporter is a team player with good communication skills and with a focus on maintaining Video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms, ensuring that all ports are working fine, connectivity is active and all equipment is in good shape for video conference calls from meeting/conference rooms. Main focus of the job is to perform regular check of all meeting rooms that are assigned to the supporter for investigation and apply corrections. Work close with Onsite IT Supporters to ensure all equipment is checked and replaced when necessary and documented correctly when given out or handed back in. Maintain awareness of stock levels and inform management when orders for re-stock are needed. We work in a global environment, where tickets are handling in a global setup and there is close collaboration with ServiceDesk and other on-site support-teams across the globe.
