A Telecaller / Telecalling Executive at Narayana Group of Schools primarily serves as the first point of contact between prospective parents and the institution. The primary focus of the role is driving student admissions, resolving parent queries, and facilitating campus visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospective parents, and students who have submitted admission inquiries.
- Admission Counseling: Explain school features, academic curriculums (CBSE/State Board/Competitive exam orientation like IIT-JEE/NEET foundation), fee structures, and campus facilities.
- Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, address parent questions regarding admission criteria, documents, and school timings.
- Follow-Ups & Campus Visits: Follow up regularly with interested parents and schedule on-campus counseling sessions or school tours.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Record call outcomes, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate logs in the school’s database/CRM.
- Inter-Department Coordination:



Work closely with the school administration and admissions desk to smooth out the enrollment process.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are widely accepted).
- Languages: Proficiency in English along with the local regional language (e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Hindi depending on location).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel), and a persuasive personality.

Typical Working Conditions & Compensation

- Role Type: Full-time, In office (Office/Branch-based).
- Shift: Day shift (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week).
- Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month (varies based on experience, location, and performance incentives).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
