We work with ambitious brands across India and help them scale through data-backed advertising across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and more.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, data-obsessed Performance Marketer with 2 to 4 years of hands on experience running paid campaigns. You'll own the entire paid media funnel from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting across multiple channels and client accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Programmatic/DV360
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from 5L to 50L+ across client accounts
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
- Build detailed performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in performance/paid media marketing
- Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs)
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a robust plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance to clients
- Self-starter mindset, you don't wait for instructions, you find opportunities
