Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven Store Manager to manage the day-to-day

operations of a Cox & Kings franchise store. The role involves handling customer enquiries, driving

holiday sales, preparing travel quotations, managing bookings, ensuring exceptional customer

service, and supporting local business development. The ideal candidate should be

customer-focused, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing store operations while

delivering a seamless travel experience.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Handle walk-in customers, telephonic enquiries, referrals, and CRM-generated leads.

● Prepare customized domestic and international holiday itineraries and quotations.

● Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.

● Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the company.

● Upsell and cross-sell services such as visa assistance, travel insurance, forex, transfers, and

sightseeing.

● Coordinate bookings, travel documentation, vouchers, and customer communications.

● Ensure accurate customer documentation and timely processing of bookings.

● Maintain customer records, bookings, payments, and enquiries in the CRM system.

● Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Support local marketing activities, corporate tie-ups, and referral generation to increase

walk-ins.





● Coordinate with internal Operations, Finance, and Product teams for smooth service

delivery.

● Maintain store operations and brand standards while submitting regular sales and

performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

● Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business

Administration will be an added advantage.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Sales, Retail Sales, or a

customer-facing sales role.

● Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages and travel products.

● Good understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, and customer servicing.

● Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

● Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Robust customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently.

● Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
