Role Description The Technician – Trucking Visual Inspection Machine is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The technician will operate and monitor visual inspection machines used in trucking or vehicle-related workflows, ensuring accurate detection of defects, irregularities, and quality issues. Day-to-day tasks include setting up equipment, performing routine checks and calibrations, reviewing inspection results, documenting findings, and reporting issues to supervisors or engineers. The role involves troubleshooting minor mechanical or software issues, following safety and quality guidelines, and coordinating with operations teams to minimize downtime. The technician will also assist in maintaining inspection logs,



supporting continuous improvement activities, and complying with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

- Technical proficiency with visual inspection machines, industrial equipment, or similar automated systems.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic principles relevant to equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and inspection reports.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in visual assessment, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and operations teams.
- Capability to work on-site in Dehradun, including standing for extended periods and handling routine manual tasks.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, or industrial inspection environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or certificate in engineering, industrial technology, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant hands-on experience may substitute.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and to learn new tools, systems, and procedures.
