About The RoleJob Title: ERP AnalystShift Timings: Night Shift (10:00PM – 07:00AM IST)Role SummaryWe are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver stable and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions.Key Responsibilities➢ Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.➢ Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms.➢ Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio.➢ Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis.➢ Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation.➢ Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testin g activities.➢ Assist with integration, data migration,



and production deployments.➢ Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.➢ Promote best practices and consistent system usage.Mandatory Skills➢ Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.➢ Strong understanding of ERP business processes.➢ Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting.➢ Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.➢ Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support.Desired Skills➢ Experience with Application Studio.➢ Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes.➢ Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms.➢ Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations.➢ SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.Required Qualifications➢ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.➢ 3 - 5 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic.Opportunities for Growth➢ Progression to Senior ERP Analyst or Functional Lead.➢ Specialization in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules.➢ Exposure to Epicor Kinetic cloud upgrades and transformation initiatives.
