HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and process-oriented HR Manager to establish and scale our HR function from the ground up. This role is crucial for developing recruitment strategies, crafting HR policies, implementing performance management systems, fostering employee engagement, and building robust HR systems. The HR Manager will work directly with the Founder/Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term HR strategy and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including formulating hiring strategies for various functions and leading the recruitment team.
- Standardize HR operational processes such as joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits, while managing employee records and workflows within the HRMS.
- Draft, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and labor laws.
- Design and implement performance review frameworks, KPI systems, and employee engagement programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to create an HR roadmap, present HR metrics, and plan for future organizational growth and hiring needs.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace issues professionally, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Train, develop, and lead the HR team, fostering a culture of ownership and high accountability.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM) are a plus.
