Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Minimed's Diabetes business. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. #BetterDaysStartNow DevOps + Automation Engineer with a proven track record of managing and automating end-to-end CI/CD lifecycles in a fast-paced environment or in regulated industries (such as Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Automotive). Responsible for designing, automating and maintaining robust build pipelines, automating software control (SCM) processes, and seamlessly integrating automated testing frameworks-including Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments. A critical part of this role will be automating compliance reporting, code quality gates (MISRA/SAST), and audit trail documentation to conform with medical device standards like IEC 62304. + **End-to-End Regulated SCM & Gatekeeping:** Expert-level mastery of Git workflows (GitLab/GitHub) configured with strict, automated compliance gates to guarantee absolute audit trails and change control. + **Continuous Compliance & Automated DHF Reporting:** Hands-on ability to automate code quality scans (MISRA/SAST) and auto-generate audit-ready test reports for the Design History File (DHF) to satisfy **IEC 62304** and **FDA** requirements. + **Hardware & Software-in-the-Loop Integration:** Proven experience bridging the digital-to-physical gap by integrating virtual hardware emulators (like Renode) and physical **HIL test fleets** directly into the automated CI/CD pipeline. + **Robust Multi-Platform Build Orchestration:** Deep expertise building reusable, scalable pipelines (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions) capable of handling both cloud services and low-level embedded/firmware cross-compilation toolchains. + **CI/CD Orchestration:** Deep expertise in **GitLab CI/CD** and **GitHub Actions** , with an emphasis on building reusable, modular, and secure pipeline templates. + **Pipeline/Lab Observability:** Establishing dashboards (Elasticsearch, Grafana, or native tool reporting) to monitor pipeline health, test pass/fail trends, and build performance metrics. + **Multi-Platform Compilation:** Experience managing build toolchains for cross-compilation (e.g., GCC, Clang, IAR, Keil for ARM/STM32/Nordic microcontrollers). + **Artifact Lifecycle:** Strong management of secure artifact repositories ( **JFrog Artifactory** , **Nexus** , or native GitLab/GitHub package registries) with strict versioning and immutable release tagging. + **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible to manage physical or virtual build agents/runners reliably. + **Traceability Automation via Tooling:** Skilled at using APIs and manifest files to programmatically link requirements (Jira) to source code and test execution results, eliminating manual mapping errors. + Python (and frameworks), Yaml, React, AI+MCP+RAG etc. (Nice to have) Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned. + Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Work with cloud + Utilize multi-cloud infrastructure as code (IAC) and application deployment skills. + Develop and manage software configuration management plans (SCMP) for product development. + Automate SCM workflows with scripts for end-to-end pipelines and compliance.



+ Enhance developer experience through engineering tools for productivity, quality, and test automation in the SDLC. + Improve product quality and development efficiency by implementing new tools. + Scale and architect CI/CD workflows. + Provide DevOps coaching and support. + Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and fixing code and deployment errors on Linux and Windows. + Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures. + May work across a variety of software lifecycle activities as determined by program needs. **Must Have Competencies** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of experience. + Extensive experience in building CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices and compliance-as-code. + Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation for application deployments and quality checks. + Significant experience in production test automation within CI/CD pipelines. + Comfortable working in command-line environments on Windows, Linux, and MacOS; system administration is a plus. + Experience in Docker, Git/GitHub, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes. + Seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer focused on operational excellence through automation. + A self-starting and motivated individual with strong collaboration skills and the ability to present ideas confidently. + Skilled at crafting detailed and engaging documentation that informs and inspires. **TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:** An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies.
