About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, driven, and data-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–5 years of experience to join our recruiting team onsite in Hyderabad, on a contract basis.

In this role, you will lead the charge in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) and revenue-generating teams — specifically hiring across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success. GTM hiring experience within B2B SaaS is a must — you should understand the quick-paced nature of this space, know how to manage volume hiring without lowering the quality bar, and rely on clean hiring data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End GTM Recruitment: Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market and sales profiles (Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing roles).
- Bulk & High-Volume Hiring: Strategize and execute fast-paced hiring initiatives to keep up with aggressive scaling targets and business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, business leaders,



and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and SLA expectations.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, talent mapping) to build strong candidate pipelines. (Experience with global/international recruitment is a major plus).
- Data-Driven Operations: Maintain strict recruiting hygiene across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze key metrics like Time-to-Hire, Source Efficiency, and Offer Acceptance Rates.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate journey from initial outreach through offer rollout and onboarding.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 4–5 years of core recruitment experience in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech company.
- Domain Focus: GTM and Sales hiring experience within B2B SaaS is mandatory — proven track record sourcing and closing this talent.
- Volume Capability: Hands-on experience managing bulk hiring campaigns while maintaining high quality standards.
- Data Discipline: Highly organized with a strong focus on recruitment analytics, ATS management, and pipeline reporting.
- Stakeholder Savvy: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to advise and partner with senior hiring managers.
- Workplace Preference: Willing and able to work 100% onsite from our Hyderabad office.

- Prior experience executing global/international recruitment (US, EMEA, or APAC markets).
