Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Domain Consultant with robust domain expertise in Payments, Banking, and/or Capital Markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or strong functional knowledge of relevant financial services products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide domain expertise across Payments, Banking, and Capital Markets.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and related documentation.
- Support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.
- Provide functional/domain support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with financial services products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Capital Markets Products / Platforms:

- DTCC
- Murex
- Volante

Banking Products / Platforms:

- Temenos
- FIS

- NICE Actimize

Required Skills

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
- Strong functional/domain knowledge of at least one of the above-mentioned products/platforms.
- Experience working on financial services transformation, implementation, integration, or consulting projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial services workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to interact with business users, clients, product teams, and technical teams.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solutioning, and documentation.

Preferred

- Experience in Domain Consulting / Business Consulting / Functional Consulting.
- Client-facing experience with financial institutions.
- Experience working in Agile/onsite-offshore project environments.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
