HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR

Location: Thane

Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Assist in documentation and induction processes.

- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

- Coordinate internal employee activities and events.

- Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.

- Handle joining follow-ups and basic HR coordination.

- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
