Job Description

Timely & accurate Cash Flow Management and settlement for optimising utilisation of funds

1. Constitute appropriate framework and TATs for capturing accurate cash flow related data
2. Monitor adherence to daily TATs laid for cash-flow related activities
3. Monitor timely coordination with front office, custodians, bankers, etc to ensure seamless trade settlements
4. Monitor accurate & timely accounting of unit capital, in coordination with Client Services team for all Unit transactions related issues and resolve issues thereof.
5. Interpret & ensure timely product testing in coordination with Actuary, Accounts & IT.

Timely and requisite management reporting for informed decision making & financial reporting

1. Monitor periodic financial reporting to support monthly/quarterly/annual financial closure and reporting.
2. Evaluate & ensure standardizing of MIS reports.
3. Monitor periodic management reporting for monthly ALM closure & taking informed management decisions.
4. Coordinate with other verticals and ensure timely and accurate preparation of various MIS reports.
5. Monitor timely preparation of financial reporting.

Audits & Projects

Set-up appropriate internal/concurrent audit framework for investment operationsfor better review & management control
2. Monitor timely provision of all audit requirements to concurrent, statutory & regulatory auditors.
3. Interpret, evaluate process and system changes on account of regulatory & business dynamics
4. Coordinate with other verticals for project related activities.

Enhancements for standardizing & enhancing better controls & TAT's for supporting rising business requirement

1. Supervise existing systems and ensure timely evaluation & improvisation to support the organizational & regulatory dynamics
2. Continuously drive towards automation of the daily processes with appropriate checks & control
3. Ensure hands on the various regulatory changes and its impact on the complete function and the organisation.
4. Participate in industry forums to support process & regulatory enhancements.

Team Management

1. Set and monitor team KRA's
2. Facilitate identification of training and development programmes for enrichment of skills & knowledge for the team
3. Monitor team performance at regular intervals
4. Ensure adequate back-ups for all routine activities
