- Handle clients over the phone, through Emails, and face-to-face counseling. For PR visa process(Canada,Australia,Germany etc)
- Update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and chances of immigration.
- Interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.
- Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities.
- Provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls.
- Advice on the overseas education options available to relevant clients.
- Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs
- Achieve excellent customer service relationship
- Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solving queries regarding Visas.
- Provide skilled consultation to high net-worth clients.
