The Winter Flea, India's Biggest Holiday Festival, is back, and we’re building bigger, bolder and more memorable brand experiences around it.
The team is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead with 5–7 years of experience across sponsorships, brand partnerships, strategic alliances or experiential marketing.
It’s about understanding a brand, finding the right cultural fit, creating a compelling proposition and turning that conversation into a partnership that people actually remember.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Building and nurturing relationships with leading brands and agencies
• Driving sponsorship and partnership conversations from pitch to closure
• Creating cutting-edge brand integrations within the festival
• Developing long-term strategic alliances beyond traditional sponsorships
• Working closely with the founders and core team to shape the partnership ecosystem for The Winter Flea
We’re looking for someone with strong industry relationships, commercial instinct, a sharp understanding of brands and the ability to turn ideas into high-value partnerships.
Most importantly, someone who wants to be part of building a cultural property, not just managing one.
