About the Opportunity

A fast-scaling tech startup operating in the SaaS and enterprise plugin ecosystem, we build and scale mission-critical tools that integrate with global platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and Zapier. Our operations team ensures seamless delivery, compliance, and scalability of our cloud-native plugins for 50K+ active users—balancing automation, human oversight, and customer delight at every touchpoint.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end plugin operational workflows: deployment, monitoring, incident response, and post-mortem documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering to triage plugin bugs, replicate edge cases, and escalate with explicit reproduction steps.
- Track and report on SLA compliance, uptime metrics, and customer-impacting incidents using internal dashboards.
- Manage vendor coordination for third-party integrations, API rate limits, and compliance documentation (GDPR, SOC2).
- Streamline internal SOPs for plugin certification cycles, version rollouts,



and rollback protocols.
- Support customer success with technical escalation routing and internal knowledge-base updates for common failure modes.
