The candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM initiatives, including:

* 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, delivering complex enterprise ITSM implementations.

* Proven production implementation of multiple Now Assist skills, along with AI adoption and governance experience.
