This wellness brand is a first-of-its-kind wellness center in Mumbai, dedicated to holistic well being and launching in New Delhi soon.. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Sr. Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role goes beyond designing creatives - it requires someone who understands digital marketing, can contribute to creative strategy, and develops high-performing content that drives engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, social media trends, and
performance marketing, with strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and creative
ideation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

- Develop creative strategies for social media and performance marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and high-performing ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fresh creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Analyse creative performance and continuously optimise designs based on campaign results.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team on ad briefs and create content accordingly.

Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Design high-quality digital creatives for social media, performance marketing, website banners, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Create compelling artwork aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Video Editing & Motion Content

- Edit promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and short-form content for social media.
- Produce engaging video content optimised for Meta, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions,



subtitles, and visual effects where appropriate.

Social Media Creatives

- Design static and motion creatives for organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Develop content that drives reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on evolving design, content, and social media trends.

Print & Brand Collaterals

- Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
- Create and update restaurant/wellness menus and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork while ensuring high production quality.

Cross-Functional Support

- Support Sales, Operations, HR, and other departments with their design requirements.
- Assist with presentations, internal communication materials, and branding assets.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within wellness, hospitality, healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and performance advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices.
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.

- Ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual content.
