Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers/leads over calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, generating interest, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

The role requires robust communication skills, persistence, proper lead tracking, and the ability to convert conversations into qualified leads and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads from the provided database.
- Introduce the company, its services, and offerings clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify interested/qualified prospects.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings, counselling sessions, demos, or appointments as required.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly until closure or final disposition.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, responses, and lead status.




- Update CRM/Excel/lead-management systems on a daily basis.
- Reconnect with old, inactive, and pending leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for qualified lead handover.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and follow approved calling scripts/processes.
- Share daily performance and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to explain services in a simple and convincing manner.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good record-keeping and data-entry discipline.
- Hindi communication is essential; working English communication is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Experience: Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, Counselling, or Business Development.
