We are a leading Indian merchandise marketplace that allows independent artists, creators, and

NGOs to sell custom-designed apparel and accessories in an automated manner.

We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing who can build a scalable growth engine and turn

Frankly Wearing into a category-defining creator-merch marketplace.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically and execute deeply.

You’ll own customer growth, creator acquisition, positioning, paid media efficiency, lifecycle marketing, and brand building. We need someone who understands both performance marketing and marketplace growth .

You should be excited about solving difficult growth problems, experimenting fast, and building repeatable acquisition systems.

What You’ll Own

Growth & Performance Marketing

- Lead paid growth across Google Shopping, Search, Meta, Demand Gen, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with partner marketing agencies to deliver and optimize scalable campaigns.
- Improve marketing efficiency (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV).
- Build scalable customer acquisition strategies for a very large product catalog.
- Develop approaches to improve product discoverability for niche demand.
- Identify and implement Gen AI opportunities in marketing.

Marketplace & Creator Growth

- Design and scale paid creator acquisition programs.
- Collaborate with Creator Manager to help creators succeed organically and drive merch sales.
- Create GTM strategies for attracting artists, niche communities, and creators.

Experimentation & Analytics

- Run rigorous growth experiments across funnels and channels.
- Own attribution,



reporting, and performance analysis.
- Identify friction in conversion journeys and improve CVR.

Retention & Lifecycle

- Improve repeat purchase behavior and customer retention.
- Develop email, CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement systems.

Team & Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing function over time.
- Work cross-functionally with founders, product, design, and creator success.

Requirements

Must-have

- 3+ years in growth/performance marketing, ecommerce, marketplace, DTC, or creator economy companies.
- Strong expertise in paid acquisition across Google and Meta ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution.
- Experience scaling catalog-driven or marketplace businesses.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with performance data.

Robust Plus

- Experience with creator economy, POD, marketplaces, or affiliate ecosystems.
- Familiarity with merchandising, catalog growth, or feed-based advertising.
- Experience dealing with traffic quality, invalid clicks, or attribution challenges.
- Understanding of SEO, Pinterest, creator partnerships, and organic acquisition loops.
