The company delivers comprehensive project solutions, including design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing project support **Job Description** + Lead and manage all civil works on solar power project sites from initiation to completion. + Coordinate with the project manager to define project scope, schedule, and budget for civil works. + Develop and implement site-specific work plans, including timelines, manpower, equipment, and materials. + Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to the site. + Supervise and manage subcontractors, construction teams, and vendors to execute civil activities as per the project plan. + Oversee all site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, foundation work, and the construction of civil structures such as mounting systems, cable trenches, and inverters. + Manage the execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards,



and industry best practices. + Ensure that proper surveying, levelling, and site layout is completed according to project designs and specifications. + Ensure quality control on all civil works, ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. + Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor work progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. + Prepare quality reports and ensure documentation of completed work is maintained accurately. + Oversee adherence to all local and international safety and environmental standards. + Serve as the main point of contact for all civil-related aspects of the project for both internal and external stakeholders. + Provide regular progress updates to project managers, clients, and senior management. + Liaise with local authorities, subcontractors, and other external parties to ensure smooth project execution **Qualification and Educational Requirements:** + A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. + Advanced degree or qualified certifications in related fields. **Experience:** + Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in supervision, preferably in solar power projects.
