The company delivers comprehensive project solutions, including design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing project support. **Job Summary:** The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities in utility-scale, commercial, or rooftop solar power projects. The role involves ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, project timelines, and effective workforce management. **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise electrical installation activities for solar PV projects. + Monitor erection and commissioning of solar panels, string inverters, central inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and switchgear. + Ensure compliance with project drawings,



specifications, and electrical standards. + Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution. + Inspect cable laying, cable termination, grounding/earthing, and equipment installation. + Conduct testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. + Maintain daily progress reports, work permits, and site documentation. + Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures. + Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively. + Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning. + Coordinate material requirements and inventory management at the site. **Qualifications** + Diploma in Electrical Engineering. + Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Power Projects. + Knowledge of commissioning and testing procedures. + Certification in electrical safety or solar installation is an added advantage.
