Key Roles &Responsibilities;

• Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

• Deliver training to employees and intermediaries across the region

• Manage stakeholders in the region to understand and generate training needs

• Maintenance of Learning SOPs

• Piloting recent learning Interventions or program deliveries based on evolving needs

• Capability development of the process/SBU trainer’s/Channel partners

• Maintain MIS & reports as per defined SOP

• Develop self-expertise in at least one domain of products

• Contribute to the People Function agenda through HO organized drives and initiatives

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates





• Minimum Graduate/PG will be an advantage

• Ability to work on Excel & PPT

• Certification on Facilitation Skill will be an added advantage

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

• 3-5 Seasoned learning professional with the interest and capacity to Train

• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and business network with partners

• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills

• Fair understanding of the GI Industry preferred • Is a confident and articulate communicator
