• 5–8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI, preferably in Gold Loan or similar financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer acquisition, and portfolio management
• Proven ability to drive business growth, achieve targets, and lead high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities: In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch. Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team. Recent to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products. Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs. Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share. Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly.
