Probation Period: The selected candidate will be on a probation for a period of 12 months (1 year) of active service in Corporation from the his /her date of Joining. However mere completion of 12 months service in this Corporation from the date of joining shall not confer any right for the candidate for permanency. An employee is confirmed in service only when Management informs him/her in writing.
