Coordinating the requirements with different departments of Planys to get consolidated requirements, prepare a sourcing strategy to procure and utilise material in most cost-effective way. ? Develop material utilisation plans, coordinate with stores in timely procurement on materials and ensure optimum storage of inventory materials. ? Negotiating on quotations and placing the Purchase orders, follow up on purchase request from department ? Liaise with Planys Customs Clearance agents to clear import and export shipments in time and within budget. ? Recent Vendor development and ensuring healthy relations with existing suppliers. ? Develop sourcing strategy in adherence coordination with product manufacturing teams and stores to reduce procurement costs and effectively manage inventory. ? Support the ROV operations at Planys to ensure timely delivery of Planys ROVs to various client sites both India and abroad. ? Managing accounts payables and coordinate with Finance team for timely payments. ? Team management and skill development of relevant members to ensure best results.
