We are looking for the right candidate for the Zoho Solution Consultant position in the Zoho Business Solutions division at GoldenLion. The Business Solutions division helps prospects share requirements, designs solutions, and tables proposals to improve process efficiency. These include implementing industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform and other process automation solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-3 years of experience as a CRM consultant.
- Successful track record of understanding CRM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of systems and processes for different industries.
- Knowledge of the Zoho suite of applications will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their business process.
- Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer.
- Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers' business processes.
- Manage the expectations of the customer to ensure project success.
- In office requirement gathering and understanding how that can be mapped into the system.
- Conduct demos and personalized user training.
- Create walk-through videos
