Should have served in the B2B sector. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada and any other south Indian Language. Experience of handling vendor reconciliations and customer reconciliations . Experience in Hiring blue collared employees. Should be a self-driven individual contributing to betterment of processes. Must be a team player and people Manager . Experience in conducting appraisals, setting benchmarks and aligning KPIs and KRAs as per the business requirement .Immediate Joiners preferred. Experience in automation implementation an added advantage.
