ONLY RECRUITING KERALA FERTILITY EXPERIENCE CANDIDATESYana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, controls and performance management of the organisation.Key Responsibilities- Lead overall financial management, planning and strategy.- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow across centres.- Develop and monitor centre-wise financial performance and profitability.- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards.- Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding collections and working capital.- Establish strong financial controls and identify revenue leakages.- Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions.- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and internal audits.- Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.- Develop financial policies, controls and approval mechanisms.- Review major expenditures, procurement costs and operational expenses.- Analyse marketing expenditure and ROI.- Support management in pricing, expansion and investment decisions.- Prepare financial models for new centres, projects and business expansion.- Monitor budgets versus actual performance and initiate corrective action.- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care.- Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud,
