We are seeking an experienced Group School Manager to oversee administration, operations and coordination across the Ananya Group of Schools, ensuring smooth and consistent functioning across all campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across all schools and coordinate with Principals and administrative teams.
Ensure timely implementation of Management decisions, initiatives and SOPs.
Monitor school operations, discipline, infrastructure, manpower and administrative requirements.
Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, attendance and staffing needs.
Oversee facilities, procurement, transport, security, housekeeping, vendors and contractors.
Track key deadlines, action points, events, admissions and inspections.
Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
Prepare regular reports and updates for Management.
Support new initiatives, projects and future school developments.
