Job Description – Video Editor & Creative DesignerVideo Editor & Creative DesignerJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Creative Designer who can produce high-quality videos, social media content, promotional creatives, and engaging thumbnails. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, graphic designing, and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities- Edit Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, interviews, and short-form content.- Create engaging and qualified motion graphics, animations, transitions, and text effects.- Create social media creatives, posters, banners, and promotional graphics.- Handle Photoshop-based designing, photo editing, retouching, and compositing.- Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and captions.- Understand current social media trends, reel formats, hooks, transitions, and editing styles.- Work closely with the marketing/social media team to develop creative content ideas.Camera Shooting & Handling- Operate DSLR, Mirrorless & professional video cameras for shoots.- Handle camera settings, lenses, exposure, focus, framing & composition.- Shoot hospital videos, doctor interviews, reels,



events and promotional content.- Set up and handle tripods, gimbals, lights and microphones.- Understand different lighting conditions and shooting techniques.Required Skills- Strong knowledge of Video Editing.- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.- Knowledge of Motion Graphics.- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.- Knowledge of Graphic Designing & Visual Communication.- Experience in YouTube Thumbnail Designing.- Understanding of Typography, color, composition, and branding.- Good understanding of social media content and trends.Preferred Skills- Experience with AI-based creative tools.- Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.- Experience creating content for healthcare, corporate, marketing, or social media brands.Education & ExperienceQualification: Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong portfolios and relevant skills may also be considered.ImportantCandidates must have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating their video editing, motion graphics, graphic designing, Photoshop, and thumbnail designing skills.
