You'll be designing across three distinct verticals — HKMCF's charitable programmes (Anna Canteen, Indiramma Canteen, Government Schools Breakfast Scheme), the Basil Woods School Network, and Hare Krishna Heritage Tower (HKHT) — so range and adaptability matter more than a single polished style.What You'll Work OnBranding and campaign collateral for HKMCF's charitable initiatives (posters, standees, vehicle branding, event mementos)School-facing design for Basil Woods (admissions collateral, signage, banners, website assets)Institutional and event design for HKHT (posters, invites, signage)Social media creatives, newsletters, and reports for partner organisationsOccasional support on presentation decks, infographics,



and print-ready tender materialsWorking closely with the video/content team to keep visual language consistent across verticalsWhat We're Looking For4–5 years of hands-on design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignA portfolio that shows range — you can shift tone between a corporate CSR report and a warm, community-facing canteen campaignComfort working on tight timelines with multiple stakeholders and quick turnaroundsBonus: exposure to print production, signage/vehicle branding specs, or NGO/education sector designGood to HaveWorking knowledge of AI design/creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to speed up ideation and productionComfort with Canva for quick-turnaround social and internal collateralBasic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut)Exposure to Figma or similar tools for web/UI-related design assetsWhy This RoleWork spans meaningful, visible public-facing projects — government partnerships, large-scale feeding programmes, school communicationsDirect mentorship from the Head of Marketing & CommunicationsSmall, close-knit creative team with room to grow into a lead design role as the function scales
